    Organizing Financial Documents is boring and tedious. Unfortunately, it's the boring basics that keep us on track. ❓When was the last time you reviewed where and how your business and financial documents are organized?

    Why can you expect us to be a broken record on some of the topics and tasks? A few reasons:

    It's a fresh start whether it's a new year, a new month, or a new quarter.

    We saw too many mistakes around basic responsibilities that we know are easy to procrastinate.

    Some tasks are repetitive throughout scheduled times of the year such as every month, every quarter, and every year.

    Staying organized with business documents can, sometimes, be like playing a game of hide-and-seek. If you don't know what business documents are vital and why, then you won't know why or when you'll need them.

    Based on what we experienced, many business owners didn't know either where they filed their business documents or they didn't know what documents were considered vital.

    🎯 Goal: Organize all of your financial documents by labeling them with the name of the document.

    Don't let the scanner default with a nondescript file name.
