    The BEST Way to Know HOW TO GROW Your Business❓What metrics have you determined are best for your business? Is your current system the optimal one to use?

    In Glitch #22, we discussed investing in a CRM (database) to track clients, categories, products, services, deals, calls, emails, etc.

    We're guilty of not investing a little extra time to unearth some of the features of our CRM to best optimize marketing and sales opportunities.

    It happens from time to time with many business owners who don't invest time in the metrics.

    Determine what are the best reports to run to know how things are going and incremental points, during the year, to analyze:

    1. New business development
    2. Profitability
    3. Source of new business
    4. Retention (how often are you losing clients and how does that impact the business' bottom line)

    🎯 Goal: Learn how to manage metrics by determining what stats are key for you to know if you're growing (or not).

    🚧 Actionable item: Set an hour or two aside to get familiar with how to run reports in your system and determine what key fields in your database will generate clean figures for how each month is progressing with new business development and client retention (keeping clients on the books).
