Mis Primeros 15 días de reto.

Un placer estar de nuevo con ustedes amigos de @reto-morphosis, hoy han pasado 15 días de mi presentación en esta gran iniciativa de @edmundochauran y @eddiespino, para iniciar el cambio que tanto necesito y que solo con trabajo y constancia, podré lograr. Sin embargo, no estoy satisfecho con lo alcanzado en estos primeros 15 días y es motivo para esforzarme mucho más.

A pleasure to be back with you friends of @reto-morphosis, today 15 days have passed since my presentation in this great initiative of @edmundochauran and @eddiespino, to start the change that I need so much and that only with work and perseverance, I will be able to achieve. However, I am not satisfied with what I have achieved in these first 15 days and this is a reason to make much more effort.

Acá les muestro mi resultado en cuanto a las medidas, me ocurrió algo extraño porque al momento de pesarme, efectivamente bajé casi 1 kilogramo de peso corporal, pero en la medida del abdomen tuve 1 centímetro más. No obstante, tengo muchísimo camino por recorrer en cuanto a mis caminatas, paseos en bicicleta y sobre todo, la dieta ideal que me plantié a base de jugos naturales y ensaladas.

Here I show you my result in terms of measurements, something strange happened to me because when I weighed myself, I actually lost almost 1 kilogram of body weight, but in the measurement of the abdomen I had 1 centimeter more. However, I have a long way to go in terms of my walks, bike rides and above all, the ideal diet that I planned myself based on natural juices and salads.

En esta pequeña comparación veo un pequeño avance; es poco y quizás no cumple con lo que esperaba, pero no debo desmayar en el enfoque de mi objetivo. Algo que considero muy positivo, es la oportunidad de mejora en mis ejercicios para esta semana, ya que estaré en un turno diurno; por lo que tendré más tiempo para salir en las tardes. Al igual que el incremento que puedo hacer en consumir más frutas y verduras. ¡Es mi meta y voy a alcanzarla!

In this small comparison I see a little progress; it is little and perhaps does not meet what I expected, but I should not faint in the focus of my goal. Something that I consider very positive, is the opportunity to improve my exercises for this week, since I will be on a day shift; so I will have more time to go out in the afternoons. As well as the increase I can make in consuming more fruits and vegetables.
It's my goal and I'm going to reach it!
