• How did you approach your goals? Did you break them down into smaller, manageable steps, or did you take a different approach? Reflect on the strategies you used and their effectiveness.

If No thee:

• what were the main reasons for falling short? Were there any lessons or insights you gained from those experiences?

General:

• Now you have the chance to make a goal for the next 5 years, what new goals or aspirations do you have? What steps will you take to ensure progress toward these goals?
