Cada vez que escojo una canción para cantar, me llevo ciertas sorpresas al investigar su historia. Cada una de esas canciones que pasaron a la historia, y que nos han acompañado desde siempre a través de la radio o la televisión. muchas veces están llenas de curiosidades.

José Luis Perales cuenta que él no quería cantar por dedicar más tiempo a su familia. Estaba dedicado a la composición hasta que por fin lo convencieron de que cantará sus temas.

Y cómo es él, es una canción que fue compuesta originalmente, para que la grabara Julio Iglesias. Hoy presento mi versión de esta canción, después de haberla ensayado un poco y usando algunas de las herramientas que tengo por los momentos, pude grabar este tema, que en lo particular me encanta, el cual también se lo escuché a Vicente Fernández en una película y quedé fascinado con su letra y melodía.

La canción habla de una persona que tiene que contar algo. Pero que no se atreve a decirlo, el intérprete le dice, no tengas miedo, quizás para mañana sea tarde. Luego viene el coro, donde el intérprete o quién compone la canción, pregunta y cómo es él? ... en qué lugar se enamoró de ti? pregúntale, ¿por qué ha robado un trozo de mi vida?... es un ladrón que me ha robado todo.

Interesante letra de la canción, al parecer de un hombre que siente frustración al ver perder el amor de su vida. También parece que la canción se refiere al hecho de que el autor prefiere cantarla él y no darle el tema a quién originalmente fue creado, Julio Iglesias.

En fin, a pesar de tantas hipótesis, es una hermosa canción que comparto con ustedes.
