Trust is a big issue when it comes to Joint Businessing or Venture.
In the past I have seen a lot of wealthy people form a sort of business alliance to establish something totally different, it is however a different issue with people who are new investors and starting out.
People have fears especially when they have little capital and no other means. Entrepreneurship in itself brings a lot of risks especially with government interference, the uncertainty of the market and one person providing equity.
Joint venture however brings more advantage and in this video I talk about the fears of joint venture and of course why it eventually leads people to becoming failed entrepreneurs.
