Taking Cognisance Of One's Physical & Mental Health When Hitting On Certain Life Doors (3speak Version)

It's often synonymous of people to showcase a sombre, sad or disappointing emotions when they knock on doors and it doesn't seem to open up for them. Sometimes we look at our society and it looks like we're the only backward people, we're measuring the pace and pressure with which people accelerate in life and it seems as if we're not doing enough. We often forget that we need to be alive to feel disappointment and sadness and it's often better to feel than not be able to feel at all. Our mental wellness is important to consider, it's a fragile substance and it's delicate and sometimes we sacrifice it when chasing at the numerous vanities in life.
In essence we need to understand that we have a limit and it's imperative to keep or protect our mental state of health. This video highlights the fact that we need to find peace or self fulfilment despite not really getting fulfilment in life. A little sacrifice to keep our sanity in check.
