Sometimes it's natural to want to be second choices especially when it seems another opportunity might never suffice. It's important to understand that second choices shouldn't be applicable to humans as compared to innate things. Sometimes we go through trying times hanging onto people who actually deems is temporal to actualising their immediate needs and hence finds us surplus to requirements. We need to be weary of people who sees us as second choices because it blinds us from seeing the opportunities that lies in other ventures.
