Regal Peryton The Noble Gaurdian

The speed of REGAL PERYTON was enough to like it with the Flight ability it has. It is not a card I have placed high importance on upgrading as I have so far only upgraded it to level 2, next will be level 3 to gain that extra magic damage to get the better out of it when used with OBSIDIAN summoner.

To have it upgraded a Regular Foil will cost me $0.37 while the Gold Foil is selling for $2.91.

FLESH GOLEM led my lineup, the best I could do was to have my FLESH GOLEM upgraded to level 3, I recall trying to get it to level 4 then the price went up in demand last year.

For some reason, I kind of prefer it over PELACOR MERCENARY being the Chaos Legion version of FLESH GOLEM. A Regular copy is selling for $2 at the moment, it went up to $4 last year and above if I remember correctly.
So with the Heal ability, it led my frontline.

To slow down my opponent's monsters CREEPING OOZE comes in second spot in the lineup with Slow ability.

Third place in the lineup is QUEEN MYCELIA, with Protect ability. It was an ability that helped my lineup against my opponent with more Range monsters.

MUSHROOM SEER has become a much-needed card in the Earth Splinter Wild Format, I wish it is in the Modern Format as well. The Silence ability it has which makes it reduces the magic attack of enemy magic monsters plays a vital role in the lineup. It takes up the fourth spot in the lineup.

WOOD NYMPH provides the Tank Heal ability, the plan is to help FLESH GOLEM stay in the frontline longer. WOOD NYMPH being a Reward and common card isn't the cheapest of cards, so Reward cards to gain are maintained value as well especially when they have abilities that are of importance on the battlefield.

REGAL PERYTON occupies the backline in the lineup, before looking at its performance some Lore about the noble guardian will do.

They say there is nothing more beautiful than a Regal Peryton. They prefer to live in the mountains all across the Splinterlands, rarely seen by others. When they soar through the skies, the sunlight catches through their wings and creates rainbows underneath them. Regal Perytons are highly intelligent and consider themselves noble guardians of the natural world, using their magic to help others.

I had REGAL PERYTON because of the Flight ability it has, that rate a which it evades attacks against Melee, and Range monsters can be annoying when up against it. So should there be a Sneak enemy monster the chances PERYTON evading attacks is likely. It ended up winning the battle being the last monster standing in a very competitive battle.
