No matter how tough we claim to be in life, worrying will find it's way to hint us hard.
And when that happens, you are not in any way okay.
You can't even think clear, even when you force yourself to.
One might end up overthinking.

In other to be okay, one has to have that trait of reduced or no worry.

There are times I worry a lot, little things disturb me.
I worry to find a way to solve it.
But believe me worrying doesn't solve anything, rather it creates room for more troubles.

I really commend @maryjacy the community's recent spotlight artist for choosing “Be Okay” as this week's theme.

Because with this theme we can be able to communicate with one another on how to be okay through music.

I chose the song by Bob Marley titled Three Little Birds, because I feel it relates to this week's theme.
