We begin our second day of swimming practice in the club pool, I really realize that I am no longer the same as I was 25 years ago who swam much more than I can swim today.
Now just a few strokes makes it very difficult for me. Plus, I'm out of physical condition. I need more practice and consistency to achieve better and greater performance in the pool.
After doing some front crawl, breaststroke and backstroke style pools, the time to play with my daughter began, teaching her to float belly up and touch the bottom of the pool at a depth of 2.5 m.
