Hello hive open mic week #142. My name is @jesus-son. I wish you all a happy Christmas and a prosperous new Year ahead. With regards this week's theme 'Nuestro Destino (our Destiny)' I will be doing a cover of the song 'New Life'.

The song is a Christian hymn that talks about new life in Christ Jesus. I chose this song because of the lyrics which talks about the good things which God does for his people. I believe my destiny is in the hands of God. And since the holy book says that the plan of God for us is of good and not of evil, I also believe God will bring my destiny to a fruitful end.

Thus, the song 'New life' talks about the new life that there is in God for those who put their trust in Him. He makes all things new every day of our lives. More importantly is that God will bring something new in our lives as we draw closer to a new year. Our destinies shall experience some kind of newness.

hola colmena semana de micrófono abierto #142. Mi nombre es @jesus-hijo. Les deseo a todos una feliz Navidad y un próspero año nuevo por delante. Con respecto al tema de esta semana 'Nuestro Destino' estaré haciendo un cover de la canción 'New Life'.

La canción es un himno cristiano que habla de la vida nueva en Cristo Jesús. Elegí esta canción por la letra que habla de las cosas buenas que Dios hace por su pueblo. Creo que mi destino está en las manos de Dios. Y como el libro sagrado dice que el plan de Dios para nosotros es de bien y no de mal, yo también creo que Dios llevará mi destino a un término fructífero.

Así, el canto 'Vida nueva' habla de la vida nueva que hay en Dios para los que en Él ponen su confianza. Él hace todas las cosas nuevas cada día de nuestra vida. Más importante aún es que Dios traerá algo nuevo a nuestras vidas a medida que nos acercamos a un nuevo año. Nuestros destinos experimentarán algún tipo de novedad.
