Mabua Beach | Tandag City, Surigao del Sur | DJI MINI SE Ep. 4

Mabua beach is perhaps one of the most well known beach around Surigao del Sur. It is situated in Tandag City, a fourth class city and the capital of the region of Surigao del Sur in the Northeastern part of Mindano, where it faces the Pacific Ocean.

This is where mostly the people of Tandag City go when they need to relax and spend time with their family, especially during the weekends. It has a family-friendly vibe. This beach is way cheaper compared to a number of beaches located near the area. There is no entrance fee; you just need to rent out the cottage and bring your own food.

Mabua Beach is also a safer swimming place for kids and grown-ups compared to other beaches because the water level isn't all that high regardless of whether it is a hight tide. The beach is facing Mankagangi Island which is a small and tiny island that serves as a natural habitat to many animals like bats and monkeys. You can also see the beauty of Twin Linungao Island.
