    About :

A couple of days ago I was driving down the street in Roxbury, Connecticut and I noticed a hawk flailing and flopping around on the side of the road. I stopped and picked it up with a towel that I had in the back of my car. It definitely had a broken wing. I decided to bring it to a nearby Raptor Rehabilitation Facility called A Place Called Hope in Killingworth, Connecticut. They said it was a first-year Cooper's Hawk with a really bad bone break near the shoulder. Hopefully it can be saved with some pinning!
