2nd Round of Talks & Russia Takes Control of Nuclear Power Plant

The Russians and Ukrainians met for a new round of talks. The results out of those talks include a "humanitarian corridor" for people to escape Russian airstrikes.

A nuclear plant in Zaporizhzhia was attacked by the Russians, and the Western media & political class jumped on the "news" that a reactor was on fire. Once rational humans involved themselves, the facts of the matter were made clear. An administration building on the complex had caught fire.

Putin's rhetoric is very aggressive still, speaking about turning a 20 year "Cold War" into a "Hot War" with the West. Putting the "conflict to bed". This is reported by President Macron after a call with Putin.

More talks are in the works, let's hope the weekend brings some sanity to the situation.
