This is the official newsletter of the Hive Naija Community. In our newsletters, we will be highlighting the top 3 to 5 posts on the Hive Naija community based on the weekly prompts we put out and then on the last Wednesday of the month we'll give out prizes to the overall best posts of the month.

The Hive Naija Community aims to give rise to a lot of valuable content posted by not only Nigerians but all members of the community. This is a means of creating exposure as well as rewarding authors for their effort in putting out great content.

It was quite the experience reading the carefully thought out work put in by members of the community. Great posts that'll make you squeal right in the confines of your bedroom.

Valentine to me is a day when people get to show and express their affection beyond the words of the lips. It’s that time of the year or month where we try something outside the day-today cliché of “I Love You”. It’s a day of endless love.

We love the experession "endless love". This brief but insightful post gave us an insight into the heard of the writer as she told us her experience with the day of love and what it means to her.

Love is a good thing to ever happen to a person. The foundation of the world was laid with love and it's this love that keeps the world going. The feelings that come with love are inexplicable that's why people do certain things in the name of love.

This post definitely had me thinking in a lot of creative ways to extend a helping hand. From prison and orphanage visits to school seminars on hygiene and societal values. Someone indeed does know how to make it count. Love is about giving. Are you giving?

HIVENAIJA WEEKLY CHALLENGES: MY THOUGHT ON VALENTINE'S DAY by @bularj

Valentine day is a special day to show love to your partner but i do not think highly of it because i do not need a special day before i can show love to my partner or shower my loved ones with gifts...

Okay. This guy clearly doesn't think anything special of Valentine's day but he does respect it and prefers to be indoors. He also give us a peep to what his first crush was like...

HIVENAIJA CHALLENGE: MY THOUGHTS ON VALENTINE'S DAY by @gone-hive

*Although, growing up as a child, I have always had the impression that those who were older than me were simply using Valentine's Day for youth exuberance as I could see them parading themselves around with the colour red. *

With a good sense of humor, @gone-hive not only gives us his thoughts on Valentine's day but also classifies the kinds of valentine people. Funny guy...
