Cook With Me: Rustic Tomato Sauce

Do you know what is my passion? I love to eat delicious! this is why I enjoy a loooot cooking 'cause there is not something more gratifying than eating something that you cook with love.

In this case, I invite you to cook with me one deliciouse sauce my mom used to cook for preparing pizza. since this sauce it is part of the principal ingridients for a pizza, however you can use it in so many dishes and Here in this video I show you not only how to cook it but how to add it in one specific dish (one of my favorites).

The rustic tomato sauce

ingredients:

3 big tomatoes
1 onion
3 garlic tooth
Salt
Black pepper
Oregano
Oil

The preparation is super easy, you only have to follow the simple steps in this video created with all love for you.

Remember the key is cooking everything in really over low fire in the stove, in order for the ingredients to stir-fried perfectly and for the flavor to get develop propertly. And the quantity of the spieces would depend on how much you like it in your everyday food.

En este caso te invito a cocinar conmigo una deliciosa salsa que mi mamá solía preparar para preparar pizza. ya que esta salsa es parte de los ingredientes principales de una pizza, sin embargo puedes usarla en muchos platos y aquí en este video te muestro no solo cómo cocinarla sino cómo agregarla en un plato específico (uno de mis favoritos).

La salsa de tomate rústica

ingredientes:

1 cebolla
3 dientes de ajo

La preparación es súper fácil, solo debes seguir los sencillos pasos de este video creado con todo cariño para ti.

Recuerda que la clave es cocinar todo a fuego muy lento en la estufa, para que los ingredientes se salteen perfectamente y el sabor se desarrolle correctamente. Y la cantidad de especies dependerá de cuánto te guste en tu comida diaria.
