    The first character could be read in japanese as "ichi", "itsu", "kazu", "hito" or "hi". It means "one". You also could find it in words like "itsuni" (only) or "hitotsu" (one). / The second one could be read "Ni", "zu", or "futa". It means "two". It is in japanese words like "futatsu" (two) or "futaketa" (two digits).
