    Here it is, the second part of my chocolate cake, here I show you how I decorated my sponge cake with a delicious ganache.

    Ingredients to be used for the decoration:

    • 200 gr milk cream
    • 200 gr of couverture chocolate
    • 50 gr of coloured rain
    • Vegetable glitter
