Splinterlands SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge: CERBERUS

A new week - a new challenge, and of course I was glad that the monster of the week was CERBERUS - one of my favorite Fire cards.

Considering that this monster costs only 4 mana to summon, it has excellent attack and speed parameters, and thanks to its Heal ability it can be a great "tank" in battles with little mana. So it's not surprising that the card is quite expensive and very popular with players.

Since the rules for this battle specify Equalizer (equating the health of all monsters) and Aim True (archers always hit the target), I chose the following formation

• EXPLODING DWARF - in order to inflict maximum damage on the first two enemy cards
• CERBERUS, on the second line to take the place of the tank and keep the defense when they demolish the dwarf (which I did not doubt at all). I especially hoped for the above mentioned Heal ability
• ZALRAN EFREET on the third line to increase the attack, and in case CERBERUS is progirate to take his place and resist the attack with his Life Leech ability
• FIRE ELEMENTAL because of Equalizer gained extra life points deals damage with Blast skill
• SAND WARM attacks the rear :)
• SPARK PIXIES completes combos and with increased life points and great speed can be a great "shield" to protect cards from the rear.

The opponent's 5th level GOBLIN MECH and MANTOID scared me at first, but the fight went exactly as I planned, and CERBERUS held his ground decently.
