Hi Hivers, how are you all? I'm sure we're all fine. My name is @donirosayandi, I'm a guitarist. On this occasion I will sing for the 150th week of Hive Open Mic, explore the following theme: "Our Virtue." This theme is chosen by our community's recent Spotlight Artists: @musicandreview

They are a singer and guitarist pair who have a strong character with each other, Dina is a singer with great talent, has a very characterful voice, while Omar is a great guitarist who can play many songs, what a great couple.

For this week's theme I have prepared a good song, a song related to the theme. This song is an original song that I composed myself and I sing it myself for my wife and my child, which is called Karya Sejati, which means "work of true love". In the end, I worked on this piece of music seriously to become a beautiful song with a beautiful video too. And this is the form of virtue that I dedicate to my wife and children and all musicians, Karya Cinta Sejati (Official Music Video)

Beginning to create songs
It all started with the invitation of the curators from @openmic who invited me to provide the theme title for week 139, at that time I was chosen as the title maker for the hive open mic theme. I am very happy to receive the invitation.
I started thinking of a common theme for the song, many words came to mind, but in the end I chose the word love as the universal theme.
To define this love, I chose the word "Work" beside the word love, because at hive I found my identity as a musician working on this platform, and many other musicians like that.

Until finally I perfected the two words by adding the word "true".

Song making process
For that special theme I didn't want to sing someone else's song, I took the initiative to try to create my own song, it might be easy for some people, but it wasn't easy for me, I had a hard time making songs, but in the end I got through it, word for word created, to become this song.
I specialize in a "work" with 4 different arts, namely painting, dance, music and drama, from those four I finally wrote this song. That's why in this song there are the words painting, dance, music, and drama.

Broadly speaking, this song tells the story of a person who has a sweetheart, he loves his girlfriend very much, they love each other, he describes her lover as a masterpiece of God who was entrusted to her to be her life partner.

The process of making a video clip

My original song has been created, this song is inspired by my life story, I dedicate it to my wife, she has given happiness by giving enjoyment to life in the world, and she gave a little angel who made my life perfect as a father of my daughter. The presence of my daughter into this world is the true form of true love.

And exactly a month ago I started working on the video clip of this song little by little. I started to compile the story concept of this video, from the beginning to the end of the song, because again this was inspired by my life story, I also made a story played by my wife and child, I also inserted a few toys from my baby girl, and also a melody , to add to the aesthetics of this video.

I contacted my friend named @andriastudio to take this entire video using his camera.
We started shooting 2 two weeks ago, with 2 full days of shooting, until finally this video aired on February 23, 2023. Hope you guys like it, and this piece of music is a tribute to my 20 year career in the music industry. (2003-2023)
