Hay algo de esta canción que no me terminaba de cuadrar hace poco y de repente entendí luego de que investigue un poco y es esta tan extraña frase de "nena no te peines en la cama que los viajantes se van a atrasar" y cuando investigue descubrí que se le atribuia a que cuando las mujeres se peinan en la cama los viajeros tienen mala suerte, esto es asi especialmente para los marineros quienes dicen que cuando las mujeres se peinan en la cama atraen fuertes olas y naufragios, y sabiendo esto entiendo que el compositor utilizo esta frase para referirse al naufragio que sufria en el alcohol por andar borracho y loco.

There is something about this song that I didn't quite understand recently and suddenly I understood after I did some research and it is this strange phrase "baby don't comb your hair in bed or the travelers will be late" and when I did some research I discovered that it was attributed to the fact that when women comb their hair in bed travelers have bad luck, this is especially so for sailors who say that when women comb their hair in bed they attract strong waves and shipwrecks, and knowing this I understand that the composer used this phrase to refer to the shipwreck he suffered in alcohol for being drunk and crazy.
