Como están amigos de la blockchain de #Hive y de la comunidad #SWC, en este post les traigo un poco de mi entrenamiento del día ayer 20/10/23 que me gustó bastante la verdad, espero les guste a ustedes también.
As you are friends of the #Hive blockchain and the #SWC community, in this post I bring you a bit of my training yesterday 10/20/23 that I quite liked the truth, I hope you like it too.
En este día pude entrenar un poco de trucos estáticos y también dinámicos, comencé con los estáticos porque son los trucos que donde necesito mas fuerza ya que se me dan menos que los dinámicos, sin embargo estoy trabajando para tener un balance entre esas dos áreas, es decir, quiero ser bueno en ambas, porque quiero ser lo mas completo posible en este deporte, para así ganar competencias a futuro.
Considero que en Front estoy fuerte, pero me fata mejorar la plancha, porque todavía la tengo en caseta, y cuando mejore mi plancha subiré un post, para que vean mi progreso.
On this day I was able to train a little bit of static and dynamic tricks, I started with the static ones because they are the tricks where I need more strength because they give me less than the dynamic ones, however I am working to have a balance between these two areas, that is, I want to be good at both, because I want to be as complete as possible in this sport, in order to win competitions in the future. I consider that in Front I am strong, but I still need to improve my plank, because I still have it in my stall, and when I improve my plank I will upload a post, so you can see my progress.
