There are tons of motivational exercises that we can listen to, 10 secrets of success, 15 methods of time management, 3 ways to study better, and many more. You might not use all of them but if you can use one, two, three, or for of them, I tell you you are going to get a lot more out of your day -- Small steps can make a huge difference.

It is my goal and my hope for this whole project is to somehow or someway show you ideas that you might be able to use to maybe get more out of your day.

Introspection question for the day: Am I using my time wisely?

Every minute is valuable, time once it is gone it is gone. Time is life.

There are so many minutes in our life that are at our disposal and so much of it is just wasted minutes. In one minute you can either jog or do push-ups to improve your health or you tell someone that you love them or you are grateful for them -- that one minute can lead to a strong connection and lifetime bond. In any project whether for business or for school, it only takes one minute to have that eureka moment of a breakthrough idea.

Once you understand how important the minutes in our life are, you will never be going to let people steal your time with trivial nonbeneficial things.

Here are some questions I came together that hopefully help you in answering our introspection question today:

1. How do you value your time?

2. What are the Most Important Task (MIT)?

3. At what time of the day/week/months would like to finish your MIT?

4. How can your future self jeopardize all of your plans?

5. When is the time that you said no?

6. What is your early morning routine?

7. Are you satisfied with what you have accomplished today?

These are just guiding questions that will help you self-reflect and do introspection.

Take note, Productivity is about energy and focus, not time.
