The Theme of the Weekly Battle Challenge is the Time Mage.

The Chaos Legion cards brought a lot of excitement to the battles in Splinterlands. Before the Chaos Legion cards came into play it is really hard for me to love the Life Splinter. But now everything changed, especially the addition of the Time mage that adds to the roster of great magic dealers. Uriel the purifier is one of the cards I love to team up with the Time Mage, Find out why in my battle below.

Time Mages are members of the Order of the Silver Shield and close associates of the Wizards' Council. They are trusted to peer through the fabric of time and reality to foretell the future or manipulate the present by slowing the flow of time. They can also speed up the aging process of armor, causing it to rust prematurely.

However, with such power also comes great risk. The future is ever-changing, and the ripples of time can affect everyone. Time Mages must undergo strict training to ensure they don't abuse their power and use it only for the direst of circumstances.

STATS

Time Mage is a rare life card under the Chaos Legion Edition. Costs 4 mana to summon this card deals 1 magic damage until level 3 and will deal 3 damage at level 8. Her speed play around 4 (at levels 1,3, and 5) and 5 (at levels, 2,4,6,7, and 8) and Health around 3(until level 6) and 4 (levels 7 and 8).

More importantly, this card has the Slow (until level 4) and Rust ability (level 5+).


Reduces the Speed of all enemy Monsters.	Reduces the Armor of all enemy Monsters.

RULE SET:


Armored Up - All monsters have 2 armor in addition to their base stat	Stampede - The trample ability can trigger multiples times

Summoner: General Sloan

A 4 mana life summoner that gives all friendly ranged attack monsters plus 1 ranged attack.

I used this badass summoner because it is the only high-level summoner I have (lol). Plus I have great ranged damage from my other monsters which will be great contributors to our win.

Pag nirentahan mo, gamitin mo satang DEC bui! basta malakas tong summoner na nagdadagdag ng damage as lumilipad na palakol. ayan medyo puno na ang lay-out sana nasiyahan kayo

First Position: URIEL THE PURIFIER

Uriel is a 11 mana legendary life monster. It has 3 meleee damage, 3 speed, 6 freaking armor, and 10 health.

This monster is a flying wrecking machine. For me, he is the best recharge monster in Splinterlands when in bronze and silver league.

Nako bui! Halimaw tong card na to pag pumalo to 9 damage ang sakit diba. Ang kunat pa ng armor at health niya. Kung may heal o armor repair pa, papalo at papalo talaga ang sakit.

Second Position: ADELADE BRIGHTWING

A 7 mana legendary monster, Adelade Brightwing is one of the best synergies for our man Uriel. This card has 2 magic damage, 1 speed, and 5 health.

This flying angel is a force to be reckoned with in terms of its support prowess.

The armor repair ability restores some armor of a friendly unit that has taken the most damage.

Parang guardian angel talaga ang datingan, Kung mabutas ang bubong ng bahay niyo magandang kasama itong si Adelade ilang pukpok lang mala brand new na kagad ang tumutulo niyong bubong. Sobrang lakas na support into bui lalo na kapag may armored up na ruleset katulad ng match ko ngayon.

Wag niyo din kalimutan na may 2 magic damage siya sumasampal din ang loko

Third Position: TIME MAGE

4 mana rare life monster with the slow ability is our main card on this challenge.

As I said Time mage synergizes with Uriel and other flying monsters because it reduces the opponents' monsters' speed by 1 making them even hard to hit.

In this match, I used a gold time mage which is level 2 which is why it has a higher speed than the other side.

Fourth Position: PRISMOLOGIST

8 mana epic life monster with 3 ranged damage, 2 speed, 2 armor, and 4 health. Primologits comes in a banger with the blast ability in her arsenal.

A perfect choice for the armored-up rule set because her blast ability can take out the 2 additional armor of the adjacent monster to the targeted enemy monster.

Kapa ginamit mo tong card to, kala new year uli dahil sa putok at pagsabog na dala niya. 4 damage sa main target at 2 damage sa katabing monster. Sampal all the way ang mangyayari.

Fifth Position: Pelacor Arbalest

A 6 mana rare life monster, the Pelacor Arbalest is one of my favorite backline damage dealers. With 2 ranged damage, 2 speed, and 3 health, this card should be protected at all costs.

With General Sloan's buff, this crossbow angel will deal 6 damage per turn. Its double strike ability allows the monster to attack twice each round.

Sixth Position: SHIELDBEARER

8 mana life unit from the untamed edition, the Shieldbearer is a great meatshield. His taunt ability will make all the monsters focus on him.

With 4 armor and 9 health, this guy is gonna be a tough one to beat. I decided to put him in the last position to taunt away the damage from Uriel.
Having this guy on the lineup will also save our backline monster from snipe and sneak attackers.

Matapang pa sa matapang, sasaluhin ng card na to lahat ng range at magic damage galing sa kalaban. Proteksyon para hindi madale ang mga malalambot nating cards

THE PLAY BY PLAY

Round 1: My team managed to attack first thanks to the Time Mage's speed. Both the shieldbearers took massive damage this round. The armor repair from Adelade kept Uriel's armor intact.

Round 2: In round 2, Uriel managed to land 6 damage. The team managed to take out 3 of the enemy's monsters. The blast damage from the primatologist helped out a lot to deal with the enemy's armor.

Round 3: At the end of round 3 the one-two combo of the Prismologist and Pelacor Arbelest almost wiped the enemy's side. Now he only has his Arbalest left. Victory is clear!

Round 4: Uriel managed to land 9 damage against the enemy's arbalest but it was absorbed by the shield giving our Primologist the decisive hit to finish the match.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

The life splinter received a huge buff from the Chaos Legion cards making it one of my favorite splinters this season. The time mage is a great card to play with flying monsters. It also has the synergy to play with slow monsters with high damage like the Prismologist and Arbalest.

The Time Mage is a hottie and really easy to use.
