Holaa! Que tal Espavlogers! Hoy les muestro un pequeño desfile de fiestas patrias que nos tropezamos caminando por algún lugar de Lima! Es que por estas fechas los peruanos celebran sus fiestas de independencia, lo recordamos muy bien porque coincide con el cumpleaños de Natalia, también porque justo se cumple un año de que entramos a este país.

Me encantan los trajes típicos, y es bonito que en estas celebraciones hay diversión para grandes y chicos. Como venezolano, siento mucho respeto y admiración por el cariño que sienten los peruanos por su tierra.

También nos tropezamos una típica "pollada" en pleno vecindario. Así es El Callao, popular y amistoso...

Llegamos al Comunafest, un evento organizado por la comunidad de venezolanos con ayuda de la ACNUR, y el apoyo de entes municipales, enfocado en brindar orientación migratoria y otros servicios esenciales, como salud y esparcimiento y a toda la comunidad emigrante en general.

Y LUEGO, también sin querer queriendo nos tropezamos este delicioso postre que algunos ya conocerán, se trata de aclamada chicha venezolana.

Es objeto de deseo para la mayoría de los venezolanos, y objeto de curiosidad para todo peruano! Puesto para ellos, la "chicha" representa algo muy diferente a este exquisito postre dulce.

Hello Espavlogers! Today I show you a little parade of national holidays that we stumbled upon walking somewhere in Lima! It is around this time that Peruvians celebrate their independence festivities, we remember it very well because it coincides with Natalia's birthday, also because it is just a year since we entered this country.
I love the typical costumes, and it is nice that in these celebrations there is fun for young and old. As a Venezuelan, I feel a lot of respect and admiration for the affection that Peruvians feel for their land.
We also stumbled upon a typical "pollada" in the middle of the neighborhood. That's El Callao, popular and friendly...
We arrived at the Comunafest, an event organized by the Venezuelan community with the help of the UNHCR, and the support of municipal entities, focused on providing immigration orientation and other essential services, such as health and recreation, to the entire migrant community in general.
And THEN, also unintentionally we stumbled upon this delicious dessert that some of you may already know, it is the acclaimed Venezuelan chicha.
It is an object of desire for most Venezuelans, and an object of curiosity for all Peruvians! For them, "chicha" represents something very different from this exquisite sweet dessert.
