Hola soy @chiqui-sw Atleta Venezolano de Cabimas - estado Zulia y les dejo un corto video de Calistenia y Street Workout en la modalidad Freestyle, espero que les sea de inspiración y les guste, les recuerdo que soy un atleta profesional con un poco más de cuatro años de experiencia y todavía estoy en el proceso de aprendizaje y fortalecimiento de mi cuerpo para seguir creciendo en la diciplina, como verán para la ejecución de nuevos elementos dinámicos suelo utilizar las colchonetas como medida de seguridad en mis prácticas, para tener mayor confianza en la ejecución de combos y trucos complicados de hacer tales como el Swing 720, Supra 540 y entre otros distintos tipos de salidas.

Hi I'm @chiqui-sw Venezuelan athlete from Cabimas - Zulia state and I leave you a short video of Calisthenics and Street Workout in the Freestyle modality, I hope you find it inspiring and like it, I remind you that I am a professional athlete with a little more than four years of experience and I am still in the process of learning and strengthening my body to continue growing in the dicipline, As you can see for the execution of new dynamic elements I usually use the mats as a safety measure in my practices, to have more confidence in the execution of combos and complicated tricks such as the Swing 720, Supra 540 and other different types of exits.

Yo llegué a este deporte a mis 15 años de edad y en ese tiempo yo practicaba Gimnasia Artística y Parkour y la Calistenia la conocí a través de algunos atletas los cuales eventualmente practicaban en el mismo club donde yo practicaba gimnasia, nos veíamos muy a menudo hasta que decidí preguntar por su deporte y con el pasar de los días me empezó a gustar y así hasta que me termine enamorando de la disciplina y de su comunidad deportiva la cual en su mayoría de los atletas son muy cordiales y respetuosos, personas admirables.

I came to this sport when I was 15 years old and at that time I practiced Artistic Gymnastics and Parkour and I met Calisthenics through some athletes who eventually practiced in the same club where I practiced gymnastics, we saw each other very often until I decided to ask about their sport and as the days went by I began to like it and so I ended up falling in love with the discipline and its sports community which most of the athletes are very cordial and respectful, admirable people.

Cabe destacar que en mis cuatro años de experiencia no todo ese tiempo tuve la seguridad de las colchonetas, empecé en un parque púbico el cual es en su 90% concreto y aprendí muchos trucos dinámicos y estáticos, en ese pequeño lugar que guardo en mi corazón lo mantengo como parte de mis raíces en este hermoso deporte, luego fui visitando lugares nuevos, otros parques, más atletas y poco a poco desde entonces e ido enriqueciendo mis conocimientos y formándome tanto como atleta y como persona. El Street Workout y Calistenia es mas que solo un deporte, es un estilo de vida, es diciplina, es constancia, es esfuerzo y el resultado de éxito de cualquier amante al deporte.

It should be noted that in my four years of experience not all that time I had the security of the mats, I started in a public park which is 90% concrete and I learned many dynamic and static tricks, in that little place that I keep in my heart I keep it as part of my roots in this beautiful sport, then I was visiting new places, other parks, more athletes and little by little since then I have been enriching my knowledge and forming me both as an athlete and as a person. Street Workout and Calisthenics is more than just a sport, it's a lifestyle, it's discipline, it's perseverance, it's effort and the result of success of any sport lover.
