Happy Monday lovelies.....

Sometimes we are faced with situations where we are forced to compromise our values in order to be accepted or fit into the existing norm in a place or amongst people. You feel like you have to say yes, accept what they say and do what has always be done to avoid criticism....especially when it is a wrong thing.

But when do you draw the line?

When do you say no while keeping to your values and principles as an individual?

One thing you need to understand is that there is always an option to say no when something is against your values as a person (the wrong actions/decisions). Some of the decisions people make are due to pressure, maybe from the work place and they just can't bring themselves to say no....later comes the regret.

You don't have to be rude about it though, be polite about it.

When someone says, "this is how it has always be done", ask yourself, "is this thing the right thing to do?" If it is fine....if not then use your tongue to count your teeth.
