Hello everyone!
So, in the past few months I have done many things, including fat loss and diet transformation for the past 8 months. The results were quite satisfactory, I was able to lose as much as seventeen kilograms, from seventy six kilograms, to now fifty nine kilograms.
I want to tell you a lot about how my fat loss journey has been quite successful for me. Of course this diet is very healthy, it makes my metabolism increase.
I just do a calorie deficit and exercise. Reduce the use of oil and move a lot. I hope that you can also do the same with me in order to achieve a healthy body. I don't expect to get body goals, at least I can be very fit for any activity.
