    Hello Everyone!
    I hope you are all doing great.

    My Final board practicals are starting from tomorrow. I was so tense about that and as it was Sunday, and there was a holiday today. So, I decided to make this day a creative Sunday to overcome my stress.

    I went to the kitchen and asked my mum " Can I cook something today"
    She grant me the permission as she knew that I love to cook.

    After a penny of my thoughts, I decided to make biryani.


    Ingredients I used :

    • Rice
    • Chicken
    • Onions
    • Tomato
    • Yoghurt
    • Biryani Masala
    • Ginger and Garlic
    • Salt, Pepper, cayenne pepper
    • Food colour
    • Tamarind

    Firstly, I took some rice and soaked it into the water. I wash them until the water seems to be clear.

    On the other hand, I cut down some onions. Put oil in the pan and fry them until they turn light pink.

    After that, I cut down some tomatoes added them to the onions and mixed them well.

    After some time, I added chicken and salt to it. And fry till the chicken is rotted.

    Besides that, I took some yogurt in a bowl and added some salt, peppers and biryani masala to it. Mixed the material and poured it into the chicken.


    After that, I added some tamarind and put it on the low flame.

    On the other hand, I boiled the rice and separated the water from it using the sift.

    When all the work was done to this step, I took a big pot and started putting layers in it.

    First I added a layer of rice at the bottom and then chicken on it and repeated the following step.

    I added a yellow food colour and some lemon on the top and put it on the tail for some time.

    I opened the lid and mixed it well and the biryani was ready to serve.
    I took a glass dish and served the biryani in front of my family. My father liked it so much and gave me some money as a reward.
