Rice flour and coconut milk are affordable options that are usually uses in Indonesia for steamed cakes. We can add many variations. Including coloring and filling.
In this video, I share with you the recipe for plant-based steamed cakes: "Rice Flour and Coconut Milk with Banana". So for the filling for these cakes, I used ripe bananas, but with the type banana that has a harder texture than normal banana which are eaten raw.
