Yes, they are finally in my hands and I already train with them, I love them. I ordered the bands a long time ago and now I have them. I also recorded the video a long time ago but due to certain circumstances in my life I'm barely publishing it.

I've already used the bands and although in the video I say that I would only go for the hardest one because I don't have the strength to maintain exercises with it, after two repetitions I can't because it's difficult for me so I went for the healthy thing hahahaha and I've trained with level one and two for now.

Sorry for my nervousness in the video, I've done it before but for academic purposes never because I'm born so I wanted it to be perfect. I have so many videos that I thought about making bloopers of this one, they are funny and I even sing to relax, family I don't sing hahahaha.
