Let's Play "Puzzles of the Paladin" (PICO-8) - A Fun Puzzle Adenture

Puzzles of the Paladin is a Puzzle Game for PICO-8 that follows a Hero in his quest in the dungeon. The game is filled with creative puzzles with more than 60 levels.

The game is simple to control. The Paladin is equipped with fast shoes that make it harder to move. He's also able to equip three weapons with various effects. The sword can be used to kill enemies, and the shield can protect you from them or have them bounce off. I didn't reach the level in which the game introduces the Bow, but I'm sure it'll lead to creative puzzles as well.

In this video, you'll watch me play through the first 20 or so levels, trying to figure the solution to the puzzle each time. I really enjoyed this game.

PICO-8 is a Fantasy Console designed to create, share and play small retro-inspired games. Games made for PICO-8 are constrained in aethistics, code and size to encourage creativity. PICO-8 comes with a built-in code editor, graphics, and sound tools. Games are distributed in image files called Cartridges.
