Life Talk Video Series - 001

Today is a very special day because as I told you a few days ago, I’m beginning with a new video series on life coaching. I've called this new project the Life Talk Video Series, and I will be covering Life Coaching related topics such as personal development, time management, how to develop new powerful habits, how to identify goals in life and the strategies to achieve them, and many more. I will be posting a couple of times a week, but every Friday I will have a fellow Coach with me who is going to co-host the show with me.

Hoy es un día muy especial porque, como les comenté hace unos días, empiezo con una nueva serie de vídeos sobre life coaching. He llamado a este nuevo proyecto la serie de vídeos Life Talk Video Series, y voy a tratar temas relacionados con el Life Coaching como el desarrollo personal, la gestión del tiempo, cómo desarrollar nuevos hábitos poderosos, cómo identificar los objetivos en la vida y las estrategias para alcanzarlos, y muchos más. Estaré publicando un par de veces a la semana, pero cada viernes tendré a un compañero/a Coach conmigo que va a co-presentar el programa conmigo.

On this occasion, someone I'm excited because this coach will not only help me inaugurate this series but because she will join me once a week in the program. Today I will introduce you to her. She will share with us more about her, her background, where she is in life right now, her future projects, how she got into Coaching. She will also share some personal experiences that we hope can be of help to you!

En esta ocasión, estoy emocionado porque esta Coach no sólo me ayudará a inaugurar esta serie sino porque me acompañará una vez a la semana en el programa. Hoy se las voy a presentar. Ella compartirá con nosotros algo más sobre ella, su trayectoria, en qué momento de su vida se encuentra, sus proyectos futuros, cómo llegó al Coaching. También compartirá algunas experiencias personales que esperamos puedan ser de ayuda para ti.
