@hendersonp: Recuerdo la primera vez que hice pan con harina de almendras, me asuste porque la mezcla sin duda es mucho mas aguada parece es de torta y no de pan ( dije algo hice mal) pero luego uno se lleva una grata sorpresa, para los que hacen dieta keto esta receta también es bastante útil, como siempre presentación impecable , felicidades Saludos

Soft, fluffy and moist gluten free doughs are not easily found. This bread looks perfect and extremely appetizing. Almond and coconut flours are expensive around here, but a delicious piece of this bread is definitely worth the effort more if we can spread some delicious jam on it.
