Hi guys, Ye Chi here. Let me teach you how to make a very simple vanilla-flavored banana bread. Get three medium-sized bananas and peel up the skin gently. I like to use ripe bananas for this to make it very sweet. Mash your bananas this way until it's partly smooth. Again, partly smooth, not totally smooth. Now, going with all your wet ingredients. I use two large eggs for this exact recipe. Add half cup of melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor essence, and then mix everything together. Add 250 gram of seed flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 60 gram of white sugar. You're not required to mix your butter for so long, so just mix it a little bit and begin to fold it in like this. scrape up the edges so you don't lose out on any flour. This is what your butter should look like at this point. and if you'll be adding a cup of milk which makes it softer and moist, you should expect something lighter. Add some Oreos and fold it in properly. And you can see how this just improved the overall appearance of my butter. Oil your pan with some melted butter and place the parchment paper inside. This is to ensure that your banana bread is easy to remove when it's ready. Pouring your butter into the pan. Like I said earlier, your butter should be less thicker than this if you include a cup of milk. Now add some Oreo biscuits as it happens just to make sure it's different from what's out there. This is very affordable or you can add whatever toppings you would like for yourself. Bake this for 40 to 60 minutes and your banana bread is ready. This was so nice and you had the exact amount of sugar I wanted. It wasn't sugary at all, but it was very tasty. By the way, the absence of milk did not make so much difference. Let me know if you'll be trying this recipe in the future. Thank you for watching!
