@irivers: When my father was in the hospital I found out that many of the medical decisions were made by "social workers" and "therapists." The decisions were not by doctors nor the family members. The decisions were made by the social worker! The super high quality care is disappearing and is being replaced by people driven by ideologies or who are selling products. !WINE
