Fans of Transformers know who Megatron is. This is specifically the IDW Comics version of the famous Decepticon leader. I am not personally familiar with IDW's Transformers comics, I became a fan a...

This is another one of those blockies figures. This phone is actually one that I wanted to get. It is IDW's Megatron. And you'll see here in a second. You don't have to completely assemble these or anything when you open it to find out what character you have. Because apparently in the Galaxy 06 Parallel Universe series, they actually give you the instructions. that matched the figure that you're going to get. In other iterations of the Blocky's toys, that was not the case. They had generic instructions, and then they had a little section, like a corner of the page or a half a page, quarter page, first, you know, character-specific assembly instructions. That is no longer the case, apparently. I don't know when they changed this, but hey, I'm all for it. Now, this one is a... It greatly depends on how you feel about Megatron. A lot of people are fans of Megatron. A lot of people are not. I am personally a fan of this style Megatron. I was not a fan of Galvatron. And I don't have any familiarity with IDW's version of Transformers, so I don't know the lore that they went with for these characters, but that doesn't matter. The toy's cool. It's neat. It's small. And there's, again, a lot of small parts. If you're a parent, and you're buying these for children that are really young, please don't. Because the parts are really, the arms easily pop off. Everything easily pops apart. Now, the pieces you've got to press together, like, the front and back plates around the body. Yeah, those are going to be hard to separate. But, hands, joints, anywhere there's a joint, it will pop, those will pop loose. easily and children love putting things in their mouths so please don't buy this for small children if you want to buy figurines that do not transform for small children there are several in the same price range about five bucks a piece non transforming solid piece figurines in different styles available i know walmart has a few like they're they're all metal which that may not be much much of a better option for small children because they could hit themselves, they could throw it, things like that. But you know your child better than anybody else, so just use your parental discretion on how you decide to proceed with what toys you buy them. But just know that there are small parts in this series and easily swallowed, put in mouths, things like that. With that said, I do recommend these for, like, Transformers fans that want to have posability. Like, maybe you want to do some, like, stop motion animation or something. These would be great for that. Maybe you want to set up, recreate famous battle scenes from the cartoon, the comics, or, you know, just your imagination. Again, these would be great for that. You want to do amalgations? Do you want to combine multiple transformers? and make your own unique transformer, you can do that. As you can see here, I'm using toenel clippers to help force the little pieces in, because some pieces like for the little peg for the head and for the feet, those don't go in very easy. The joint peg doesn't go in very easy. You will hurt your fingers, you will hurt your thumb, so please keep something, you know. like tonal clippers or something that has a surface, a flat surface that you can use to apply pressure when you're building these Blocky's toy kits. Now, these are, basically, these are the snap together version of model kits, like, if you remember from back in the 80s and such. I know model kits are still made, there's not as popular as they used to be. I believe Walmart still carries some, but obviously not as many as they used to. But these are, No glue required, everything's included. Literally, you can put them together with just your hands. No special tools are required. As you saw at the beginning of the video, everything just pours out of the bag. The only thing that's on any kind of, what do they call it, breadboard, I think that's what they call it, or any kind of frame, is the hands. And understandably so. Those are small, they can get lost. But you don't have to cut anything. You don't have to cut any little edges off. You don't have to grind. You don't have to do any of that. It pours out. Follow the instructions, excuse me, follow the instructions, put it together, and enjoy your, you know, your miniature robot. Now, before you complain or ask or whatever, these do not transform, obviously, they're action, they're put together, excuse me, these are put together action figures. You know, they're for posing, they're for, you know, conversation starters for your desk, things like that. Don't go into these thinking you're going to be, you know, hand-building, a snap-together, transforming, you know, robot. These are not like the Lego Voltron and the, I believe they did a Lego Optimus Prime. I'm sure they did others, but these also don't cost $180 or more. These are five bucks at Walmart. They're cheap, they're quick to put together. I'm clumsy, I have arthritis, a lot of small pieces give me trouble, and I can put them together in 10 to 15 minutes. So, I mean, it's not complicated. They are fun to have them around. I mean, like I said, five bucks, they're cheap, they're fun. Just get them and enjoy it. Especially if you're a Transformer fan. I mean, you can't really go wrong. I mean, the figures that can transform are like, what, 30, 40, 50 bucks now? These are five. Or sheep are on sale. Anyway, life's too short to be mean. Be nice.
