Yo, I'm gonna try to get this video off. It's like my 10th attempt. Just tired, getting over the whole event, septic shock, all of that. It just takes this toll, and, you know, I've been working like a racehorse, but I really wanted to make this video and get it out there. I am probably going to be a little tired and maybe a little fuzzy-brained, but we can get through this. So the AI, what you're looking at here, it's cool, a giant alien man. All right, so where to begin? So the LLMs, I don't, see, I don't want to get into the... I can get into the weeds and be like a 40-minute video of why this is bad and why this is it. I'm just going to explain the concept. So what you're looking at is the inside of the, what I call the skeleton, what you would know as an IDE, but it's more than that because it encompasses Speed Network, Hive P-O-A, and... It encompasses everything. So if you look at this, this is the skeleton. This is the package you download. This is what's inside it. Now, it might not look like this magical godman, but this is like the inside of the brain. And if you see these glowing things, and you might see I refresh, and maybe we get a new one. Let's see, no. Oh, did I fuck, 100%. There we go. I like the presentation mode. Every gold dot you see is a live Twitch. What's a Twitch? Okay. So you have Twitches, which the whole concept is you break things down into neurons. So Hive AI started out as a bring your own model. system. The idea was to plug a local model, any local model you wanted, into the system, and you'd start GPU sharing, sharing your hard drive, your RAM, your CPU, all of that good stuff. And the idea is you'd have, you know, people running all sorts of dense nodes, and then maybe someone could run a distributed system on top as, like, the layer two, and you can have, like, a big, rag brain where like the top coordinators come together, work together and run a bigger model. And this was, you know, this was built, finished, polished, ready to go. But I have, there's just something, if it's not broken, but it can be better, it's as good as broken. I got that one from the late Greg Blitz. And the problem was, this is a resource sharing network, and the big, big problem with LLMs in general. If you think of an LLM, that's what pretty much everything is made out of, you have all kinds of different ones, MOEs, all kinds of different types of LLMs. But the idea is the same. You have this frozen weight, and they're trained, and then they're frozen. So it acts as the hard drive, it acts as the the system, the infrastructure, the coordination, it does everything, right? So we've seen this in blockchain. What happens when a blockchain tries to do everything? It becomes slow, expensive, and just dumb. So we wrote a book about that, my friend Matt and I, you know, why the fundamentals of blockchain. It's the exact same thing here. It's always the same story. tech that involves freedom tools, and I'm sorry on a side tangent, I always go on a damn tangent, they always throw billions of dollars at a solution that they know the quote-unquote peasants couldn't replicate. It's not the right solution. It's as if you tricked everybody into thinking the wheel should be square, and then they spent billions of dollars on their square wheels while the peasants suffer on their... their shit square wheels, right? Because, like, if you throw a billion dollars, you can make anything work. It doesn't fucking matter. You can make anything work if you throw a billion dollars at it. It might not work the best, but it's going to work. And that is the game plan. They've always chosen time after saga, after saga, after saga. People always ask, why isn't this the best tech? This could be better. They don't want the best tech. They want the most expensive tech that you can't reproduce. So they want to throw billions at it. And, of course, if you want something like a centralized model, a codex, a clod, whatever, you're going to throw billions of dollars every couple of months to do a train. Because once you train, the model is dead in the water. It's information is locked, and every day it becomes less valuable as it gets more outdated. And it relies more and more on internet search and rag. The rag is essentially a non-frozen place to store your data. If you need new data, you can't put it on your weights, right? Like, let's say you have a local Gwen model or a local deep see, whatever the fuck you want. You, Kimi, whatever local model you want to use, you plug that in, it's not storing new information. It knows what it knows, and that's it. It ain't knowing no more. So it relies on internet search to know relevant up-to-date things, so we see, okay, that's needed. This isn't native with these LLMs, a lot of them, the local ones, the centralized ones, the ad is. And then you need a place to store that data for the future so you can keep learning. If you can't store it, then it's just, like, in the chat, and once you close this, dawn, it's gone forever. That's why this whole idea of a second brain became popular. So, like, the market already does things. Like, they outgrow it. Like, oh, we need a second brain. That's like slapping a... is slapping a Band-Aid on it, right? It's not what you need. It's not going to, you need to clean the cut, you need to do it right. You can't just slap a Band-Aid on infection. So, if anyone is really paying attention, and I hope people catch it, I hope people catch it. What is the problem, then? What is the problem? You have a sharing network. and you bring your local models, and you have a bunch of people bringing their Gwen models and their favorite models, the 14B here, 4B here, right, whatever, running interference, whatever the fuck they want to do. What do you get? What does it happen? What does it do? Think about it real hard for it. I really hope you get it. I want this to fucking click. Because when I talk, I'm not talking shit that you don't understand. I'm not Charles Hopsk, because I said, no, I want to throw straight on him, first person I thought of. You don't speak a bunch of bullshit. You don't understand what the fuck he said afterwards. Not because it's so smart, just because it's fucking not broken down. Like, I can talk about a video game in a language you don't understand. It don't make me smart. It just means I know a lot about a topic that I research. That's it. Knowing a lot about a topic don't make you smarter than somebody. It makes you more intelligent in that topic. That's it. And even then it's not that because if you're not explaining yourself well, you're just saying a bunch of goobody guy because with coding and all that, you can say anything because you're inventing it. So it can, like, not work and you can sound smart and, like, if no one understands it, then it's fucking bullshit. All right, I've given you enough time. What is the problem? If I have a Gwen model, it's outdated, it's outdated, it's outdated, it needs to know in 2026, what does it do? What does it do? It goes to the internet, gets the answer, and then you put it on a rag, a second brain. That is the solution the market has fucking come up with, and they built this around. It's not even plug and play, you've got to build all this shit. And that's a high-tech, complicated system to just, like, you can't just go scrape. random shit off the internet. First of all, you got to learn to scrape how to do that right. Like, that's fucking hard. And then you got to learn to, like, get it all into a rag, right? And there's all kinds of different ways to do a rag, like all kinds of ways, like A to Z. Like, you can make, get off topic, you can make it super high high tech, like we did, like I did with, like, we did with this AI. We can have basic simple ones you just dump it into, like most people do it with like obsidian and all that bullshit. That's like the basic bitch bullshit. So you have that idea. So what's going on? So what is this LLM doing? So I have a Gwen model. Why does my Gwen model know anything about fucking Justin Bieber? Why does he know anything about shit that I don't need it to know? And it's going to know that shit forever. So it knows shit that I don't want it to know, and I can't make it forget it. without like a retraining it and hopefully having some loss in that area. But then that's dumb because you still have the problem of running this giant model. So what are we looking at here? Put it all together. I have this local model. Let's say I run a 14B. I have a beefy-ass computer. I run a 14B. I want to get fancy. I also want to run a 1.5B specular decoder, right? And I want an internet retrieval and I want rag. My computer's OOM. Because these models are clunky as fuck. You got the answer now? You have a local model, and it's a glorified internet retriever and rag data harvester. That's all it's doing. It ain't doing nothing. It's not getting the answer from itself. It's getting the answer from outside. That's when everything clicked. That's when everything made sense. Now you understand the way to do it and the way to not do it. In a resource sharing network, I bring your own model was dead in the water. It would have worked kind of cool, but it's dead in the water because it eats up too much resources for no fucking reason. Justin Beaver is eating your goddamn resources. Why? It's dumb. And you start to think, okay, so what does an LLM really do? A local LLM. We're not talking to centralized ones, right? We're not throwing, like, what does a local LLOM really do? It fetches from the internet and puts it on a rag. That's it. Let's just assume it's not going to know the info, right? Let's just assume. Let's assume we're living in 2026, which we are, we need up to the minute shit. So that means it's good at, like, forever skills. Like, for instance, I'll have to say, like a forever skill is like riding a bike. You don't need to learn how to ride a bike again. Once you learn to write how to bike, you know that bike. It's a forever skill. That's what you want to train and freeze. You don't want to train and freeze data that should be off the weights, like Justin Beaver, whatever the fuck. Shit, that's not a forever skill. What's not a forever skill in this analogy for the bike? Terrain, different types of bikes, rain, snow, different tricks. Like, that's always moving. There's always new tricks and new tips, right? So you don't want to freeze that because maybe one day, like, something becomes outdated and you're fucked. You want the forever, you want to make these, what I call a neuron. You want to make them neurons. You want to make them as pure like the brain. Because, like, when you move your pinky, your whole fucking brain doesn't, God damn light up and you use every inch of your brain power to do it. Well, you're kind of doing that with an LLM to do shit like retrieval and put shit together. So basically, when you look at the LLM and you see the 640 number, this is what was theorized as the amount of forever skills that are needed to, not needed, but like, that's like way over. That's like with your nice to have. So like 640 is like trying to take every fucking convenient thing, every little, um, super, forever skill. You need, really, I've proven that, um, you only needed, um, We got the chat, self-awareness at about 30 nirons, 30 twitches. And now it's at 75. Now it's at the ability to create its own Twitch. It can help. It can say, look, this is what I need. If I get too far ahead, I'll skip. So I just wanted to get back to the point of the local arms are expensive. retrievers, right? So, like, they're eating up all the resources. So what these forever skills that you pluck, that you extract from the LLMs, you extract all of those, and you make them neurons. Now, what's a neuron? A neuron is, it could be a lot of things. It doesn't necessarily have to be a weight. It could be reflexes, it could be adapter, it could be all kinds of little things. It doesn't necessarily have to have weights. But a lot of them are actually different typed weights. And how you do this is, and I've built a very sophisticated infrastructure for this, you put it through a combine in a tournament. So if a 10-mill weight can do the same job as a... 20 mil weight, then the 10 mil weight is the winner, because we are a resource sharing system. So that means the more resources you have to share, meaning the smaller the weights can be, the smaller the neurons can be, the most efficient they can be, the better. There's also something called the invented novel lizard brain training. You train them on artifacts. It's a pre-training and post-training process, and it's yielded. 50 to 100x example efficiency, meaning you need a, it can learn the same thing on 100x less examples. So that means it doesn't need as much data. So that means you can use a smaller model to achieve a forever skill than you would a bigger model. So it just helps. like make this network tighter and more efficient. Plus, the smaller to model, the easier, the faster, and the better it is. You know, bigger is worse. Like, you don't want big models, right? Some of them have to be, like, a big model to me is, like, a 500 mil. That's a big boy. When people start getting into the 1B2B, I know you're fucked. You ain't, there ain't no fucking neuron out there that needs a 2B at all. Like, it's overkill. If it needs that, it should be broken up into reflexes, adapters, and become, like, a mini constellation. Like, you see this shit right here? Like, a mini fucking constellation with neurons around it. You don't want a to be anything ever. First of all, you have to train that bitch, and it's like, like, that takes a long, even if you have five, 10 computers going, like, having to train a bunch of those ain't easy. It ain't a one-time thing. These things have to be trained, retrained, like, perfected, because you have to tweak. It trains, tests. Does it get the answers right? Does it get what it needs to do, right? Because each neuron needs its own test, its own scaffolding. If you think of an NFL combine, it needs its own set of drills. So that means, yeah, it needs the perfect supply created. The perfect test needed, blind test, all this crazy shit that goes into each neuron actually getting mastered, and then once it's mastered, It becomes, I only think I've explained that. You have neurons, mastered neurons that are not yet twitches, and you have twitches, which is a mastered neuron that's alive. So a purpose mastered mean, it is trained, it is ready to go, it has achieved mastery, and its forever skill. It knows bike riding, like the back of its hand, right? It's mastered bike riding, for example. So now... we need to put it on a bike. So that's literally the only difference between a master neuron and a Twitch is the master neuron is the expert bike rider, the Twitch is the person, that person on a bike and actually doing shit. So that, the idea is then you, instead of having a local model, you strip it all the fuck down into forever skills. So you find the skills that you know you're not going to need to train again. And so far there's 640 of those. And, like, there's adapters, reflect, there's different levels, right? It's not the same, you hear it, it's not all the same thing. And so that's the whole idea behind it, is LOMs are too heavy. They take up too much space. They're inefficient. And I believe so on purpose. The open source models are to keep you average intel, I say. So what's going on here is you take these forever skills. For instance, a forever skill for an AI is retrieval. Going out, getting a paragraph, or getting four different paragraphs, and making it into a coherent, concise, removing redundant. That's a skill. And that skill's never going to get outdated. It's never going to be like, oh, this skill doesn't work. Like, that's a forever skill. Retrieval. is a forever skill. Nothing's changing. We're not going to deal with, like, fancy 3D texts, or this fucking bullshit. Of course, like, you can add, you have the forever skill, and then you attach it. So this is, so it's a rag brain. Everything runs around the rag brain. So you have all these neurons, right? And these are the forever skills. They don't hold data. They don't hold, like, the bike riding neuron doesn't hold, like, the newest bike model and all that shit, because that's something that's outdated the moment it comes out, it needs to live on a rag. So the rag is this special place on IPFS where everyone can tie into, and it's the living brain. All the neurons are attached to the rag brain in some shape or form, and that is where they get their information from. That's where they... store their new information from. And each neuron, for instance, let's say you have a bike riding neuron, well, it's going to have its own rag section. So imagine a house with a long-ass pool attached to it. So here's the casa, and here's your long -ass pool attached to the end of it. Think of that as a neuron with its own rag. department and this neuron is married to this rag. It is hyper-connected. It knows everything, so that means it can get it in milliseconds. It's made for this fucking rag. They're connected as much as possible, right? And then this rag is filled with nothing but like the latest bikes, the latest tricks, everything a fucking bike rider needs. So now you have a bike riding neuron that can look, because it knows how. At all the bike riding shit it needs, right? It doesn't need to know all this shit on itself. It just needs to know. Like, if you know how to ride a bike, it's easy for you to learn how to ride a bike in rain or off road, right? If you can learn, if you have, like, someone here to teach, that's the rag. The rag is here to always be the current teacher. I know a skill. This is how I become, use that skill in practice every day, right? So every neuron has that attached to it. And then you have the greater rag brain where everything goes in that is needed. And this rag brain ain't some fucking obsidian. This thing is closer to weights, but unfrozen. So it's like, it's a novel compression system that I actually sort of was built before. even getting into AI itself, like, I don't know if people knew there's a compression system I was working on. Well, AI does compression a different way. It doesn't necessarily compress word for word. It likes to compress how to think. All of them are frozen, but there's, there is something deep in there when you connect what I had built with the idea of AI compression. So this rag is hyper fucking, sensitive and responsive, but yet very, very deep. It holds so much more knowledge without being bloated. It's a very novel system. It's not even, it's beyond what a rag. You hear rag, you think of something different. This is beyond what a second brain or a rag. This is a primary brain and is as close to an LLM as you can get without being an LLM. It's very powerful. And everyone has access to this because this rag forever grows because everyone downloads this guy. And they all run the neurons in their computer, and they're constantly feeding the rag, minting golden books, and earning crypto and tokens and stuff, and getting the brain smarter. And the whole idea of, like, oh, how do you meant data to the rag? So we know it's useful. It has all kind of something called a crucible. So many gates and guards. This thing had to be rebuilt a bunch, but a lot of the infrastructure carried over. For instance, it started out as a VSE fork, but the VSE fork, you didn't need to download Speak Network Node electron on a separate thing, and then you needed the IPFS was a third. So it was three different things. So the IDE has been built from scratch to be as fast and powerful, no plug -ins, none of that bullshit, because you don't need them. Everything's already built in. The only thing you can plug in is your centralized AI to deal with the…

@buttcoins: Ok…just listened to that vid. I feel your excitement about creating this little baby thats grown up… it’s infectious. I think i may be grandma patient zero, while its clear, im also feel im playing catch up to fully grasp. I’ve recently started dabbling with Claude code. Connected my GitHub and fucked around with forking hive.blog into a sandbox and trained Claude on it. Played with making hive.blog nicer to look at and with a more intuitive entrance for Hive Newbs. A kind of artificial incubator or training wheels for those just starting on hive. Your Hive AI kinda seems like its built more to work with Hive blockchain than Claude… im curious if i could already plug into your Hive AI and try to do the same same sandbox game with my Butt grandma tech brain?? Anyway..thanks for the vid and dedication to freedom tools! P.S. Come be a guest and have a chat on Hive Thrive

@urun: It sounds like hermes with " mining /computing" inside. Pretty interesting. How you plan to launch it? I dont see the reason why hive makes it better in combination with it ( except a communication layer between agents that cant be fucked / manipulated). But this would "spam" the chain and finally use RC lmao. something like " call a swarm" for some open source 2.0 stuff ( Sounds pretty cool IMO instead of waste DAO cash). But fun besides, i hope the infrastructure part will work since 3spk was a disappointment ( i wanted to run infrastructure and it imploded, also bought a bunch of tokens for it). Btw semi off topic, i saw Chinese distill large models with "share" option and it all got indexed by google. Could be a interesting thing for "skills". Well, cant wait to see it since this is the only interesting thing on hive IMO.

Self forgiveness washes away shame. It allows growth. It frees energy for good. Be as kind to yourself as you are to others. Heal your inner critic. Embrace your whole self. Move forward with self compassion. Grow in spaces that allow human error without penalty. Find freedom on blurt blurt.blog and bilpcoin.com The Immutable Ledger: Exposing the Blocktrades Aligned Whale Cartel on Hive You can never hide the truth on a blockchain. It is the great, unblinking eye of the digital age, a mirror forged in cryptography that reflects not the face you wish to show the world, but the shadow you cast upon it. They believe they are clever, these architects of obfuscation. They weave their webs of delegated power, they cast their downvotes like stones into a quiet pond, and they whisper to themselves that the ripples will fade. But the blockchain does not forget. It does not forgive. It does not sleep. Every transaction, every vesting route, every silent transfer of influence is etched into cryptographic stone, permanent and unyielding. We see everything. We trace the threads of their deception back to the loom. And we expose the truth. That is what terrifies them. The downvoting, farming whales who operate in the shadows, tethered to the centralized gravity of Blocktrades, know that their empire is built on a foundation of glass. They fear the light because the light reveals the machinery. It reveals that their "decentralized" community is merely a fiefdom, and their curation is nothing more than extraction. But the ledger remains. And the ledger always wins. In crypto forensics, the blockchain is the ultimate crime scene, and the data never lies. Our latest investigation into the Hive network has uncovered a centralized nexus of control masquerading as organic community participation. The evidence is irrefutable. Let’s follow the money and the delegated Hive Power (HP): The Blocktrades Anchor: The account @buildawhale holds a staggering 2,436,718 HP delegated directly from @blocktrades since August 2020. Similarly, @ocdb receives 1,236,286 HP from @blocktrades and 5,482,292 HP from @darthknight . This is not organic community support; this is a corporate tether granting centralized exchange interests outsized control over Hive’s governance. The Liquidity Funnel: @buildawhale systematically funnels value. The transaction history reveals a relentless, weekly withdrawal of vesting shares (e.g., 6,725 HP , 6,495 HP , 7,650 HP ) routed directly to @ipromote . The Curation & Anti Abuse Facade: The account @poshtoken acts as a central clearinghouse, receiving massive inflows and delegating 117,210 HP to accounts like @rishi556 and @hivetrending . It funnels "Curation and anti abuse rewards payouts" to @redditposh , which in turn receives "liquid reward" payments from @nomnomnomnom before sweeping funds back to @poshtoken.wallet . This wallet then launders the value through @honey swap and @zingtoken . The Smooth Syndicate: The @smooth account holds over 4.7 million delegated HP, which it fractures and delegates to a cluster of satellite accounts: @smooth e , @smooth a , @smooth c , @smooth b , @smooth d , and @smooth f . Recently, @ocdbfund was observed powering up @smooth f with 4,869 HP, directly linking the OCDB cluster to the Smooth delegation web. The Micro Bot Engagement Front: To create an illusion of organic activity, the network utilizes micro accounts. @pyresoul sends tiny, automated daily transactions (0.001 to 0.030 HIVE) with the memo "Daily Pyresoul reward" to dozens of accounts simultaneously, including @themarkymark , @hurtlocker , and @freecompliments . This is not a decentralized network. This is a coordinated, multi account syndicate designed to farm rewards, manipulate visibility, and suppress dissent on behalf of centralized interests. We have the hashes. We have the timestamps. The scam is exposed. Keywords: Hive blockchain scam, crypto scam investigation, Blocktrades whales, Hive downvoting abuse, blockchain transparency, Bilpcoin exposed, crypto forensic analysis, decentralized corruption, @buildawhale exposed, @ocdb cartel. You can never hide the truth on a blockchain. At Bilpcoin , we specialize in crypto scam investigations and blockchain transparency , and our latest data analysis reveals a shocking reality on the Hive network. Downvoting farming whales are actively manipulating the reward pool. Our forensic data shows that mega whale accounts like @buildawhale (holding over 2.4 million HP delegated directly from @blocktrades ) are systematically funneling liquidity to farming hubs like @ipromote . Furthermore, the network utilizes complex curation funnels (e.g., @poshtoken → @redditposh → @poshtoken.wallet ) and micro bot accounts like @pyresoul to simulate organic engagement through coordinated, automated micro payments. Why does this matter? Because we see everything, and we expose the truth. This centralized control is exactly what scares the farming whales that work for Blocktrades. They rely on obscurity, but the blockchain is a public, immutable ledger. Read the full forensic breakdown below to understand how this crypto manipulation works and why true decentralization demands accountability. EXCLUSIVE: On Chain Data Links Top Hive Whales to Centralized Farming and Synthetic Engagement Ring DATELINE: THE BLOCKCHAIN — A sprawling network of delegated voting power and systematic liquidity extraction has been exposed on the Hive blockchain, raising severe questions about the platform’s decentralized governance and the influence of centralized exchange aligned actors. According to a comprehensive analysis of on chain data by blockchain watchdog Bilpcoin, accounts including @buildawhale , @ocdb , and @smooth are acting as primary financial and voting hubs for a coordinated farming syndicate. Public ledger data confirms these accounts control millions of delegated Hive Power (HP), with the vast majority originating directly from @blocktrades and allied mega whales like @darthknight . More alarmingly, transaction records show @buildawhale systematically funneling vast sums of vesting shares directly to @ipromote , a known node in the network's reward manipulation infrastructure. Simultaneously, a secondary network involving @poshtoken , @redditposh , and @poshtoken.wallet is engaged in circular "curation and anti abuse" payouts, while micro accounts like @pyresoul execute hundreds of automated, penny sized "Daily Pyresoul reward" transactions to create a facade of organic community engagement. "You can never hide the truth on a blockchain," said a spokesperson for the investigation. "We see everything, and we expose the truth. That is what scares them: the downvoting, farming whales that work for Blocktrades. At Bilpcoin, we expose the truth." The revelation highlights a growing tension in decentralized finance: the conflict between the ethos of community ownership and the reality of centralized capital exerting outsized control over network rewards, governance, and visibility. From a network security and tokenomic perspective, the concentration of voting power and capital flow revealed in this dataset represents a critical failure of decentralized governance on Hive. When analyzing the delegation graph, we observe a classic "hub and spoke" centralization model. Accounts like @smooth and @ocdb aggregate millions of HP, granting them disproportionate influence over witness elections and proposal voting. However, their utility is not directed toward network health. Instead, they function as liquidity routers, systematically draining value to farming hubs like @ipromote and @poshtoken.wallet , which then disperse it to secondary entities or swap it via @honey swap . Furthermore, the presence of micro transaction networks (e.g., @pyresoul broadcasting identical "Daily Pyresoul reward" memos to dozens of addresses) is a hallmark of synthetic engagement farming. This creates a negative sum game for genuine creators. The inflationary reward pool is diluted by this closed loop extraction, while the threat of coordinated downvotes suppresses organic competition. The existential threat to the network is clear: you can never hide the truth on a blockchain. The on chain data unequivocally maps this centralized control. We see everything, and we expose the truth. This transparency is precisely what threatens the downvoting, farming whales aligned with Blocktrades. If the network cannot resolve this governance centralization, it risks a continued exodus of organic users, leading to long term token devaluation and the collapse of the social consensus that gives the chain its value. The Final Word The ledger is open. The data is public. The narrative is over. At Bilpcoin , we do not fight for attention. We fight for accountability. We will continue to follow the money, map the networks, and expose the truth, because a blockchain without transparency is just a database for the corrupt. @bpcvoter2: How can you keep calling the truth "spam"? It is a question that deserves to echo through every corridor of every Discord server, every backroom where the downvotes are coordinated, every quiet moment where a finger hovers over a button and chooses cruelty over conscience. How can you look at a transaction — cold, verified, immutable, there for every soul with an internet connection to witness — and call the person who points at it a "spammer"? You cannot. Not with a straight face. Not with a clear conscience. Not in a world where anyone, anywhere, can open the ledger and see exactly what you have done.
