@babygirl888: I didn’t quite get what you said the woman in the RAV4 did to the car behind her. If the lawsuit file is over a million dollars how much is the Tesla itself? I think these people are being overly dramatic and people always tends to abuse such situations claiming damages for mental sanity and all of that is uncalled for . If the Tesla was badly damaged, maybe fixing it or a replacement is ok, why ask for such exorbitant price all in the name of paying for damages. Anyway I will keep following up on this news. Hope to finally see how it all ends
