@outwars: There needs to be a balance between the hardware and the software. Humanoid bots can only be as good as their software. It can be similar to computers where the latest gaming PC is useless if it only has minesweeper. There are a lot of fields that humanoid bots can thrive in; basically almost everywhere a human is right now. The software and precision needs to be up to par for them to see more real world use.
