@josedam: In fact, it's getting more crazy this dude kept............. can we just take a time asking him how he approved coinbase to become a public company before he decided to sue because they now believe it's selling unregistered securities and how come they FTX get away with stealing customers money. In the entire sec complaint against coinbase there's no single instance of proven or alleged damage against individuals, just like a lawsuit that no one is asking for accept for gensler bosses. Thanks so much @taskmaster4450le.

Detailed Article: The video begins by addressing the recent actions taken by Gary Gensler and the SEC against major crypto exchanges like Binance and Coinbase, leading to a wave of negativity in the crypto space. The speaker delves into the lawsuits filed by the SEC based on non compliance issues, particularly regarding dealing in securities, which has significantly impacted the sentiment in the market. The narrative then shifts towards the growing involvement of Wall Street institutions in the crypto market. The recent application by BlackRock for a Bitcoin ETF using the spot price, despite Gensler's concerns about price manipulation, signals a notable turn in the narrative. The speaker elaborates on how Wall Street institutions have been preparing for their entry into the crypto space for years, evidenced by initiatives such as establishing trading desks and custodian services. The main focus of the video revolves around the potential implications of Wall Street's increasing involvement in crypto. The speaker expresses concerns about the "hijacking" of the crypto industry by these institutions, especially with the introduction of products like a Bitcoin ETF. The discussion explores how the entry of institutions like BlackRock could lead to significant control over the Bitcoin market, influencing prices and market dynamics. Moreover, the speaker speculates on how this development may impact the average person's access to crypto investments. With the increasing involvement of Wall Street, including custodial services, individuals may find it easier to invest in cryptocurrencies through mainstream financial platforms.
