@tahirmuneer: A lower cost Model Y would be a game changer! It will be interesting to see if Tesla really brings it out this quarter.
@theindianguy: If the lower cost car actually lands this quarter, the key for me is how much it boosts voluem versus what it does to margin. Given your delivery tracking, I see them leaning on Shanghai and and Austin while keeping costs tight. If pricing undercuts Model 3, near term margin might dip, but lifetime gross from upsells and software can patch it, so my spreadsheet wont panic :)
