Take a look at the Hawks, season well underway, and they've been selling in third right now. And you know, right now for Atlanta, they've been on a tremendous run this season. Right, they knew teams would be gunning for them night in and night out. That's only fueled their commitment to putting a great product on the floor. Now, here's Bay. Looking at his point production, he averages almost 11 points again. Inside, here's Hunter, and he drops in the layup off the glass. And Steve, when a team wins or loses a few in a row, how much does that carry on to the next game? You know, Kevin, it carries on. It's dependent if you're executing and playing well. Absolute dynamite on offense. This is his challenge to continue to dominate, to help them try to close strong here in the second half. The championship core of the Warriors is out there. Curry and Thompson the back court, with Green working at Power Forward. Kavon Looney out there with Wiggins. That's Steve Kerr's five as we get into the second hand. They get it back. And even without that three ball dropping for him, the defense should have done more on that last play. And really, credit green for getting the favorable position down inside, forcing the D's hand there. The Warriors shooting their third and fourth free throw shot to the night. And when you think of free throw shooting, not particularly a strength for this group right around 70%. He's living there tonight, a tough guy to guard without filing, and the bonus, he's going to knock him down. Capella with a screen on Green, puts it up from 17. Young, no good. Warriors leading by 9. And how about we check the numbers for Trey Young? His assist numbers in the past five games have gone in the wrong direction. He's been out of sync. with this teammate, sort of playing on an island instead of as part of a five -man unit. Atlanta calls time out. And there before you are the teams. There before you are the teams. have been absolutely red-hot for the last 10 games. The Warriors fourth. You have to be impressed with their shot selection. I mean, the discipline on that end and the unselfishness really is what allows those great numbers to show up. It's deflected. It's stolen by Green, and now running it up the court, Green pushing it all the way. Three for three, and that's always. a good way to start the second half. O for a minute and a half into the third quarter of action. Young against Green, passed to Boganovich, fires away from way outside. The Warriors pull it in. They just don't have it right now. O for four, must have been one poor speech at halftime. Boy, you have to be impressed with the offensive production. They have got it firing on also. It's been tremendous job of play calling and execution. They just continue to increase this lead. This ugly start to the second half, they're still scoreless in their first five agenda. Offensively, defensively, they are in total control. This has been an impressive performance tonight. Even with a big lead, they've maintained their focus. In the Dumpkepella. and just taking his frustration out on the rim. He ends a huge run by the Warriors. Marie finds Thompson. Golden State moving the ball around. Curry can't get it to go. And he didn't punish them for the weak coverage there, but they can't count on him to continue missing. Matthews, no one around him, and it's put back up and in by Capella. Capella's got eight. Efficient performance from him. Not the case for everyone else on his team. Thompson for three. Good, and it's Green picking up the assist. Green's got six assists now in the game. Guys, he's been a one-man air raid. Coming at them time and time again. Yeah, the defense has allowed him to get into a rhythm from there, and he's been relentless. Warriors, leading by 19 points. to the inside of three-pointer, Wiggins, Matthews with the rebound. And so it's Matthews with it, bringing it up now for the Atlanta Hawks. And the winner today, the big fella here with the sweetest of dimes, what a plus it is to have a post player who's got this ability to find. You know, it takes good vision, and it takes good decision-making right there. He showed both, and he did so at a very high level. And one quarter to go in a game that to this point has not been an evenly fought context. On the court for Atlanta, Griffin out there with Young, then there's Hunter, then it's Sadiq Bay, and it's Okongwu, in at the center, locking down the middle. As to Pajemsky, the offensive rebound, out to Peyton, outside Curry. Six on the shot clock, over Young, almost, but it rolls out. Atlanta's gotten off to an 0 for two start from downtown here in the fourth quarter. Bay passes to Young. From outside the art, gets hauled in by Harris. Hasn't been able to dial it in from distance. He has just the one three, and that was in the first half. Count that bucket, pushing reaction, getting others involved. He does it time and time again. You know what it is? It's his creativity. That's making this engine run. Bay wide open, and he fired. That drops. Timeout, timeout. And it comes off an assist from Griffin. The short corner three works for Bay. He's pretty confident. He can get it from there. And the Warriors making a change here. McGins is checked in, and a change for the Hawks. Cabell is checked in. Out to Payton. He's over Bay. And again, it's the Warriors missing. Trying to finish out the game strong. You have to recognize who has the hot hand and get him the ball. Capella with the bucket. An intimidator himself, Capella's not shine away from a little contact. Here's Peyton, rebounded by the Hawks. Outside, Griffin, plays it up off the glass. Second minute off the clock now and the fourth. Here's Curry, he takes it in, and oh boy, a lot of contact there, but he gets the call and we'll shoot too. Curry is so skilled off the drive with his array of moves. He has the floaters, the touch shots, the finger rolls, and the defense is always off balance. The Hawks making a switch here. So, Steve, you were drafted by the Heat, a young expansion team at the time, down in Miami. But if you had to choose... Which city would you give an expansion team to right now? I think Seattle and Las Vegas are at the top of everyone's list. San Diego would be nice because I love to travel there. I love what Vancouver had a team. How about bringing that team back, Kevin?
