@vincentnijman: Always cool to hear the broader story about the things that you tell me briefly in our conversations. Sounds like you've got your 'future' planned ( a lot coming up ), meanwhile I try to do less, but definitely 'connect' more ) Sending you a big 'creative' hug!
@edje: Thats a lot of stuff/projects you're planning, nice! But I must admit, I enjoyed your off topic part the most. The first half of your video. You perfect environment you described is to me a nice after party at somebodies home :) That said, I also know places in the country I live at with such atmosphere you like the most. As a matter of fact, I do as well. That's why I fell in love with Techno back in the early 90s. It was one of the few underground styles of electronic music without any form of judgment, where everybody could be themselves, where friends for the day/evening/weekend were created over and over again. Something I love the most about going out. No expectations, other than having a good time, njoying the music and other forms of art, feeling 100% comfortable, no smuck, surrounded by peeps with the same mindset, without peeps searching for something that isn't there. Regarding Berlin, even in Berlin, this can be found. I've been there more than a few times. Mostly for the same club, Berghain. And even in that club, the most well known one in the entire city, such an atmosphere is there. Usually in the morning and daytime Sunday. Saturday night is tourist mentality, as well as Sunday night, but when continuing till Monday morning, it becomes this ' you can do whatever ' type of atmosphere again :) Regarding artists combining different arts, I love that though I'm the bystander, not being an artist myself :) I do hope you had a great time during this week of holidays in Tokyo.... Owwww, must have been like 1.5 or 2 decades ago I was visiting Tokyo. Went to this club, Womb. Such a great night! Uber enthusiastic Japanese peeps are! And their sound system! WEEHOO! The best club sound system I ever heard. Well, Berghain is topping Womb. So Womb is ranked the second best :)
