Hello everyone, I'm Samostikali, and welcome to the Todd game. In this game, I recorded my first loss on my journey to 400, and I'll be going about the game very quickly. I played the Sicilian again, and this time around, I played the main line, and I went for the Najjav version. So, the Natjaf is something I've been learning. I don't know if I'm quite good at it yet, I think I'll have a lot to... brush out, but I kind of like the ideas, you know, trying to get to stay solid and, you know, castle, and if you trade queens, you have a better one structure heading to the end game. It kind of seem very flexible. And I like this move knight BD7 as my first choice, instead of just playing E6 right away, and it's what I chose because I think it's a flexible line, and he played the most aggressive line F4. and immediately I went for Queen to C7. I think Queen to B6 would have been better. If I had done, Queen to B6 would have been better. I don't know why, but it's good because if there's a move here, I can check and exchange queens and I get the pawn structure end game that I want. And I can also force it by... I can also force the Queen exchange to... So I can always, there are just certain things that you can get from playing Queen to B6. I play Queen to C7 instead. And after Queen to F3, I played E6 and he castled. And now this is a position that I think that it's okay. But because I'm still learning, I think there are so many things I need to understand. So I think I played Bishop E7 and after Bishop E2 I played H6. Bishop back. and I castle it so I think maybe castling here was very impromptu I could have tried something like b5 but b5 i was seeing this move here and it doesn't look good for me so let me check what the engine thinks the engine thinks i could have played b5 still so b5 and if it does this move or i could just play bishol to b7 so i didn't consider that and I castling was not a very good choice even if the engine says it's still okay then I think this was my blunder E5 so let me cross-check that it was actually a blunder um yeah E5 was not a good move if I was not a good move at all if I was not a good move so if I was played and after this move I started suffering this was just pure suffering Rook to G1, Rook HG1, Bishop back, and for me I think it's just lost. This position is just lost. It's just totally lost. I didn't have anything to play, no counterplay, this top on the king's side, it's just lost. No, he has so many moves. So after this position, Knights here, after this move is lost. I can checkmate myself in so many ways. In fact, this is also a very nice way to check in the game. My opponent didn't even see this. This was just straight-up mate's interior or something. So, the game still prolonged with this moves, this move, and it took a long time before you checkmated, but at the same time I had to checkmate. I didn't really like this game but I had to show it because I'll be showing all my games till I get to 4. And it was a very, very bad game I played and hopefully I win my next game. This game actually took some rating points off me and I've dropped from 2-2-4 -9. See you in the next video and thank you very much.

@marsdave: Losing is also a part of the game, I've learned that. It makes you get better at what you do. I'm glad you're focusing more on the lessons though then dwelling on the loss. 2242 is still a good rating. Hopefully, I will learn more from you along the way to 2400. Even if not chess, but at least applicable to real life. Thanks for sharing. ❤️❤️❤️
