Hey guys, how are you doing? Long time, no, see. I had an idea for an interesting post, didn't have time to create it, but maybe it's better to do it in this format. So, the idea is to share something with each other, and how do you calm yourselves? So, how do you relax or... Let me explain better, so you are stressed on your work and you want to get a little bit chilled out and relax. And you go for a walk, nice long walk, chill you down, or you go to the gym and work out. That's also a good way to release the stress, or you write a post and rent out. That's another interesting way to relax. But... I would like to hear those weird things that you are doing when you want to relax. Let me explain a little better. For example, one of my nieces, when she wants to get away and just to forget about everybody and to relax and chill, she is ordering her room. So she's cleaning up her room and that's chill her out. My wife is mopping the house. So that's her way how to chill out. And I noticed that I also have this kind of chilling out routine and I usually or do the dishes or How do you call it dry the dishes? So after washing the dishes and you need something, you have to rub it and dry it and do that. So that's kind of a thing that relaxes me. I don't know why. I don't know what is the reason behind it, but it is. And I'm really, really curious what kind of routines do you have to chill you out. So do you have some kind of weird routine like this one? like mopping the house or doing the dishes or driving around or i don't know please let me know in the comment section i'm really really eager to see your routines maybe i will get some other one when washing the dishes is not that good one but it's it's positive thing so why not see you in the next video bye bye

@enraizar: Good morning @ph, I have several ways to relax that depend on my stress level, how tired I am, and how much time I have. I usually stop several times a day for a few seconds at some point and pay attention to my surroundings, my feelings, the way I walk... etc. I try to stop my automatic reactions and reconnect with myself. If my stress level is high... and I have time, I stop, lie down, and listen to relaxing music. If my stress level is high, I can't stop thinking, it's nighttime, and I have time, my best remedy for stress is to watch a movie to take my mind off things, like Terminator, Die Hard, The Bourne Ultimatum... or lately, Alita. These are my stress relief tips. I hope you have a great Thursday.

@relf87: Over time, I think I have developed quite a lot of ways to destress. The common ones would be talking to a friend, but if no one is available, there's exercising, gym (like you mentioned), listening to happy/upbeat music. I guess a weird one is to get buy a matcha latte, which is one of my favourite food. Then again, I think desserts is quite a common one too. Another "weird" one I could think of, is to talk to AI like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. I recall there was once I was stressed about something and I decided to ask AI whether they could think of any good ideas to resolve my issue, and it was quite useful.

@videoaddiction: I have the same feeling with time flying by. Summer seems to change our perception of time :)

@passenger777: We all experience stress in the fast paced rhythm of our daily lives. I’ve always believed that there are always other ways out in life. In my opinion, to keep stress at bay, one must first stay calm and avoid getting upset. You’re right about time. I struggle with it too, but I make sure to set aside some time for myself, even if it’s just for an hour or two.

@stresskiller: Usually i hide in a computer game to take my mind of of things , or i go watch a movie or tv serie from my large catalog on my NAS . Both have worked for me fine since my burn out in 2008 , still not fully recoverd but we do make a lot of progress over the years .

@jza: Usually I get some topic inspiration from looking at Web2. Right now is full of World Cup themes, and New York in the finals... sure all sports related stuff, but then I start thinking on the tech on sports and such. Then I have a big topic, like the impact of AI in sports this time around.

@duskobgd: New walking path 🙂 (near the sea?) A bottle of good beer helps me to relax, even if it's good company to talk to that will take my mind off the topic that's causing me stress, ideal. I have a friend, she takes the opportunity and goes to games (football or basketball), where, when cheering for the team she's cheering for, she does it in the loudest way possible. She says, that's how she got rid of everything that was causing her restlessness in those days...

@seckorama: Haha, you know you’re right. I’ve never really thought of those routine chores every family has to do as “chilling out.” But I think it’s a good idea to focus on a routine (which is beneficial in and of itself). Otherwise, this might sound weird, but I was totally chill after an hour of cleaning the weeds around the caravan. 😂

@jfang003: I think computer games are the best way to take my mind off of things. As I focus on something ingame, I can generally forget about the other things going on.

@davideownzall: Lol ordering the room or clean when stressed is new to me... I don't know really because as a parent of a little kid if you are stressed you don't have many ways out, you can't leave him alone

@josediccus: Beautiful place, wow. I think I mostly just like doing the dishes. I like the feeling of keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, sometimes my wife doesn't understand the obsession I have with just doing the dishes. Do you use canva free, is the premium?

@delirius: Me copé leyendo tu post, muy bueno. Te dejo un voto, segui asi genio!
