@neilamarcano: Excelente pódcast del Running, me alegra la mención a la comunidad @hiverun y quien mejor persona para hablar de ella que uno de sus fundadores, el compañero @danielvehe. Aunque inicié mi running en mi época universitaria, con hiverun tuve la oportunidad de retomarlo, he tenido muchos logros desde que entre a este grupo de running el año pasado y actualmente miembro activo de la comunidad, me quedo muy claro que no se requiere ser elite para pertenecer a nuestra comunidad, solo las ganas de querer ganar salud física y mental, lo demás lo vas aprendiendo en la práctica y con el apoyo de nuestros compañeros, para seguir creciendo en el running hay que ser constante. Me gusto mucho, felicidades @palabras1 @hosgug por este excelente programa y material que inspiran a seguir creciendo en lo personal.
