Entrenando Con Papá... Ejercita y Celebra [Esp/Eng]

@omarrojas: Gracias po lo que me corresponde, celebrar en Venezuela el día del padre. Claro, ejercitarnos cada día, es lo mejor, recomendando una alimentación saludable, para que nuestra grasa abdominal aminore haciendo ejercicios, en especial abdominales, para que los musculos de la columna vertebral, piernas y brazos también se tonifiquen. @rodrikun17: Excelente rutina pero lo que más me gustó es que hiciste muchísimo incapié en la importancia del calentamiento antes del ejercicio y el título simplemente magnífico, muchas felicidades.
