@avdesing: If I saw the video until the end and if I listened to the music, I think there was a string broken, maybe, I don't know, but the ride is great, the food is adequate for the energy you should have and the method you use to clear your mind helps you a lot. For some it will be cycling, for others painting, for others walking, the important thing is to stay healthy physically and mentally, especially the latter which leads to the former. A big hug! @enraizar: Hi @nanixxx, I came here to see the video. To listen to you and enjoy every frame, great ending, very well chosen music and I loved watching that bird fly. A very big hug,
@dahpilot: The connection is playing tricks on me and making it difficult to watch the video, but more importantly, 500 km!!, you're amazing! In a straight line, you would be reaching roughly Camagüey; it’s crazy!
@jesuslnrs: I understand you, I started hiking in January and I have thought several times that I should have measured my kilometers, but well, it doesn't matter, because I see the positive changes in me.... I'm glad to read this publication, because they are personal achievements and you can inspire many, like me, I have also thought about a bicycle 😅 You know there are no competitions friend, this is about personal growth and satisfaction, I congratulate you and hug you in the distance, I know there will be much more to come, and I look forward to reading that post in the future too ❤️

@mamani: There's no denying that cycling is good for your health. I'd love to go for that ride, but at my age, I wouldn't risk doing it on a bike, but I can walk. Treat me sometime. 🚶😘❤️
@grindle: A nice little ride, without much riding as you all seem to be walking LOL
